Our team is dedicated to treating individuals facing a broad range of challenges, as well as supporting families, caregivers and loved ones on the journey with them.

Welcome to Journeys.

We recognize that children, young people, adults, and families all face their own complex and painful mental health challenges. You might find yourself stuck in hard behavioural patterns and dynamics, needing support in figuring out life’s next steps.

At Journeys we support individuals across the lifespan, with a team specializing in treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, relational and attachment trauma, PTSD from abuse and neglect, substance use/addiction issues, self-esteem wounds, low motivation, eating disorders, self-harm, exploring sexual/gender identity, living with personality disorders, managing relationship difficulties, as well as understanding and navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We know that you may struggle to navigate familial, societal, and cultural norms and pressures that get in the way of your authentic, individual expression. We support you in connecting with your unique self to achieve your goals.

What is a therapy collective?

We consist of a team of clinicians with expertise across mental health, trauma, and relational care. We draw from our team’s collective experience to find the right support for you. In addition to individual treatment, we are also here to help you navigate community resources so that you can build your very own network of support as you explore this work.

What guides our work?

We believe in caring for the whole person. Our team works together to provide personalized, evidence-informed care that supports emotional regulation, healing from trauma, and relational growth. Compassion, respect, and collaboration are at the heart of our practice, and families and caregivers are welcomed as partners, ensuring that support extends beyond the individual and strengthens the wider circle of care.
