We recognize that relationships and relationship dynamics can be complicated and challenging. Relationship challenges can include individual mental and physical health issues, trauma, attachment issues, communication problems, caregiving and parenting, sexuality and intimacy, separation and divorce.
Outside of conflict resolution or communication issues, couples counselling is also a great way to increase connection, communication, intimacy, and the vitality of your relationship.

We understand that childhood can be challenging. No matter what your child or teenager is going through, we begin with creating a safe space for them to come up with solutions and strategies that feel right for them. In a stage of life where they have very little agency, we aim to empower children and adolescents so that they can feel like their own person.
Our therapists have a wide array of experience with issues that affect children, youth and their caregivers. In working with children and adolescents, we prioritize a flexible approach and value creative implementation and focused engagement. We also prioritize supporting family members and caregivers to create a holistic environment for children and young people to thrive.

In our therapeutic work with families, parents and caregivers, we bring our understanding and shared language with young people to help us bridge the gap between parents and their children.
We aim to provide families, parents and caregivers with the tools they need to better support each other through a variety of therapeutic modalities and communication strategies.
Our team utilizes various modalities to best support your therapeutic needs. We are experts in Family Systems Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, along with a variety of other approaches that focus on emotional regulation, communication strategies, and cognitive-behavioural therapies.
We also help parents navigate access to resources and healthcare systems in their communities. We know that it can be overwhelming to do it alone, so with our extensive knowledge and network, we support you in accessing the care you need for you and your family.
