  • Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m really glad you’re here. I love therapy because I believe we all deserve an empathetic witness to our unique life story—especially in a world that so rarely offers space to be fully ourselves.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for your inner world. I work relationally and psychodynamically, while integrating a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, building trust and safety as a foundation for deeper exploration. I see therapy as a space where we can gently turn toward what’s been difficult, while also making room for what is possible.

I draw from a range of modalities depending on your needs and preferences, including psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, meaning-centered and existential approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I draw inspiration from my life as a mother and artist, and my work is also informed by spiritual care, which means I am open to exploring questions of purpose, belief, and connection—whether or not you identify as spiritual or religious. I aim to meet you where you are, integrating these approaches in a way that feels cohesive and supportive rather than prescriptive.
