  • I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Somatic Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, and Reiki Master. My work is rooted in a multidisciplinary approach that integrates psychology, relational neuroscience, body-based therapies, and creative expression. I support clients in exploring the depth and complexity of the human experience, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic and holistic practices.

    I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, attachment wounds, relational challenges, intimacy and sexuality, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and questions of purpose and meaning. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves through both cognitive and embodied approaches.

    My therapeutic approach draws from Existential and Humanistic Psychotherapy, Somatic and Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I also integrate breathwork, movement, and creative modalities such as writing and visual expression into the therapeutic process.

    I approach my work with warmth, empathy, and deep respect for each individual’s capacity for growth and transformation. I strive to create a supportive and nurturing space where you can explore your experiences, process emotions, and move toward healing, integration, and self-discovery.
