  • I’m a Registered Social Worker and therapist holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and crisis or life changes. I also have experience supporting people who are exploring their LGBTQIA2S+ identity, expression, and experiences, as well as those looking to strengthen self-esteem, deepen self-trust, and develop more supportive patterns in their daily life and relationships.

My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s journey. I try to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported, where you are able to work through your experiences at your own pace without any fear of judgment. Therapy, for me, is about creating a partnership where we will work together to increase understanding of patterns, recognize strengths, and work towards finding real, meaningful changes that are in alignment with your values.

I use techniques from a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based practices to fit each person’s needs. My work is grounded in a strengths-based, identity-affirming, and collaborative approach, supporting you in strengthening emotional regulation, self-understanding, and developing practical ways to cope with whatever life throws at you.

I see therapy as both a place to reflect and to take action. Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences while building skills and strategies that support you in navigating challenges with more confidence and clarity.

I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions.
